Gym

Parklands Sports Club offers to its members an ultra-modern gym equipped with high end fitness equipment and energizing audio visual equipment including a cardio fitness zone. The facility is manned by highly experienced and internationally certified fitness trainers who offer both group fitness training as well as personal training in a professional and fun environment.

The facility also offers: computerized fitness testing, personalized exercise programming, personal training, variety of fitness activities that includes strength training, muscle  development, stretch & flexibility training as well as cardio fitness development, Nutrition and weight management advisory services as well as a contact physiotherapist for those who need physiotherapy treatments.


Hours of Operation
Weekdays: 6.00 am – 9.00 pm
Weekends & Public Holidays: 7.30 am – 7.30 pm

Fitness Studio

The fitness facility has a large airy aerobics studio with suspended wooden floor offering a variety of fun and challenging group fitness classes that includes: Zumba fitness, Rumba Afro-fusion fitness, Tae-bo, body conditioning, body pump, high-low aerobics, step classes, Yoga, tabata and Ball & mart Pilates among other group fitness programs. The different classes are offered at different times based on the aerobic schedule.
 
Tennis
The Club has 2 murram tennis courts, two of which are floodlit. The section hosts a number of tennis competitions for members throughout the year, some of which coincide with the major grand slams like the French open and Wimbledon. In addition to competitions, the section also offer tennis lessons, clinics and workshops meant to promote the game of tennis. The courts are manned by 6 court attendants who assist members as they enjoy the game. .. Read More
